  • Snapshots & Templates: Pre-built GoHighLevel account configurations, funnels, email sequences, and website templates.

  • Tools & Software: Scripts, calculators, and software integrations designed to enhance the GHL ecosystem.

  • Community Access: Private forums, discussion boards, and networking spaces for members to collaborate and share knowledge.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of GHL Planet, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

Account Security: You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

One Account Per Person: Users are permitted to maintain only one active account. Account sharing, transferring, or selling of accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading, or if you violate any provision of these Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality available through the Services—including but not limited to courses, snapshots, templates, software code, text, graphics, logos, images, and audio/video materials—are owned by GHL Planet, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

License to Use: Upon purchasing a product or subscription, GHL Planet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased materials for your own personal or internal business purposes (including within your own agency client accounts).

Prohibited Uses: You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or rent any snapshots, templates, or courses.

  • Share your login credentials to allow unauthorized users access to paid content.

  • Copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any of our proprietary content.

  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices.

DMCA Compliance: We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyright has been infringed on our platform, please send a notice to [email protected] with the subject "DMCA Notice."

Payment & Billing

GHL Planet offers both one-time purchases and subscription plans. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable fees, including taxes and other charges incurred in connection with your account.

Automatic Renewals: Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. You can manage your subscription settings within your account dashboard.

Refund Policy:

  • One-Time Purchases: Due to the digital nature of snapshots, templates, and digital downloads, all one-time sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

  • Annual Subscriptions: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial annual subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact support for a full refund.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

All payment processing is handled securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). GHL Planet does not store your full credit card information on our servers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND ALL INCLUDED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

GHL Planet expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses.

No Guarantee of Results: While our training and tools are designed to help your agency grow, GHL Planet makes no guarantees regarding specific financial results, client acquisition rates, or business outcomes resulting from the use of our Services. Your success depends entirely on your own effort, execution, and market factors.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

GHL Planet operates in compliance with major data protection frameworks, including GDPR and CCPA, where applicable to our operations and user base.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Notice will be provided via email or a prominent notification within your account dashboard.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, United States, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
