ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
OUR SERVICES
GHL Planet provides GoHighLevel virtual assistant services including but not limited to:
CRM setup and management
Funnel building and optimization
Workflow automation
Email and SMS campaign setup
A2P technical support
SERVICE DELIVERY
Services begin within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation
All VAs are dedicated exclusively to your account during contracted hours
Service hours are as specified in your selected plan
PAYMENT TERMS
All services are billed monthly in advance
Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. GHL Planet does not offer refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
No refunds will be issued for any reason
No partial refunds will be issued for unused hours
No refunds will be issued for cancellations mid-cycle
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected]. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period after cancellation.
VA REPLACEMENT POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your assigned VA within the first 14 days, We will provide a free replacement. This replacement policy does not entitle you to a refund.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All VAs sign an NDA before beginning work. We treat your business information with strict confidentiality.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All work produced by GHL Planet VAs for your account becomes your property upon full payment of the relevant invoice.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GHL Planet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
